About us
At Rawlings and Brown craftsmanship and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
Founded by Dan Rawlings and Ian Brown, together we bring a wealth of skills and knowledge in property renovation including Plumbing, Plastering, Carpentry, Bathroom and Kitchen fitting among others.
Our Journey started working along side each other at the Uk's leading Art Foundry where we spent over ten years managing the casting of sculpture for some of the worlds most renowned artists.
This experience taught us to master a variety of crafts and to solve complex practical challenges, things we now bring to every property renovation project we undertake.
Together, we’ve successfully transformed numerous properties, specializing in creating beautiful, functional spaces while respecting the dynamics of busy family life. We pride ourselves on being clean, conscientious, and considerate, ensuring minimal disruption to your home.

Renovating an old house has been a life-long dream. Ian and Dan have helped me realise that dream with amazing craftsmanship. They bring a practical problem solving mindset and attention to detail to everything they do, somehow working seamlessly around our busy family with minimal interruption.
At The Briary, they have renovated our Kitchen, from brick and new floor joists all the way to fitting and finishing touches. Other work they have done for us: hallways, downstairs loo and cloak room, yorkstone patio, playroom with exposed costwold stone walls and even our feather boarded garden fence.
They are the first guys we turn to for any project I don’t want anyone else to work on our house.
